Dog In Sheep's Clothing
3-Piece Set consisting of Dog In Sheep’s Clothing, Ram, and Lamb.
Hand-sculpted ceramics with underglaze and slip accents (as well as minor post-fire additions) on a “pasture” of wool.
The dog in sheep’s clothing represents the way in which we cannot control our image in the eyes of others- for the worse.
The dog appears menacing to the viewer at first glance, as though it intends to harm the sheep. However, upon further consideration, the sheep look altogether unbothered by their alleged endangerment. After all, the sheep know the dog well, and understand its intentions are pure and friendly. Even the lamb leans to nuzzle at the eldritch paw of the beast before it.
While we cannot control the way we appear in the eyes of others, those who matter care, and as such see us for who we are.

Female Torso
In September 2025 I travelled to Pietrasanta, Italy to study sculpting the female torso under the direction of David Hunwick, Gabriele Vicari, and Linda Lindsay.
The completed torso has been sent to an Italian foundry to be Bronze-cast.
A smaller musculature study was also completed during the course.
